It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient internet access to be able to log into the Course to complete all lessons and activities and have downloaded Zoom onto a device that will allow you to attend Zoom meetings. Registration Fees will not be refunded if you are unable to view, hear or attend any part of the Course because of insufficient internet capability or connectivity.

You agree not to use the Websites or Course for any unlawful or inappropriate purpose. You further agree that at all times, your conduct towards Tracey Bannister and all other attendees at the Course, will at all times, be respectful. Tracey Bannister reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to all or part of the Course if, in the reasonable opinion of Tracey Bannister, your conduct is in any way offensive or inappropriate, may violate any laws, regulations or rulings, infringe upon another person’s rights or violate the terms of this Agreement. No refunds will be provided to any attendee whose access is terminated under such circumstances.

The Course and each aspect of the Course is only to be attended by the registrant. Recording of any aspect of the Course is strictly forbidden. Under no circumstances may the content be reproduced without the prior written consent of Tracey Bannister.

The Websites and content of the Course may contain links to other websites. Such links are provided for your information only and not under control of Tracey Bannister. Tracey Bannister makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy or appropriateness of information contained on such websites and is not liable for the content of such websites. Tracey Bannister accepts no liability for any losses whatsoever that may be incurred as a result of any linking to the same.

The primary purpose for which your Personal Information (including name, business name, address and email address) will be used is to provide you with the Course. As part of the Course, your name may be disclosed to other attendees. Subject to your express written consent, your name and feedback may be posted on the Websites by way of testimonial. In addition, following registration, you will be entered onto Tracey Bannister’s database and will be sent material relating to other courses, workshops and events that Tracey Bannister believes may interest you. Tracey Bannister will take all reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. If any part of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
