Meet Our Lead Instructor
Hi there, Tracey here, and I’m all about helping leaders like yourself increase staff performance and grow their business. I’ve had the privilege, for over 2 decades, of being a performance trainer and business strategist. I believe in the power of knowledge, and that such knowledge should be easily accessible to all.
In my downtime I’m an avid reader and hiker and love spending time camping this lovely country of ours.
MEET TRACEY BANNISTER
Tracey’s passion for education and the opportunities it presents has led to the development of her signature course "The Performance Framework". This course is based on, and structured around, the strategies and successes implemented in businesses nationwide.
With many years of practical knowledge and hands-on experience in business, staff performance and professional development, Tracey has led businesses and teams to award-winning sales and improved organisational culture and growth. Tracey worked as a qualified Trainer and Assessor with many household names; such as Pumpkin Patch, Oxford, Lorna Jane, OPSM and Specsavers, and excelled as a facilitator of nationally recognised qualifications; Diploma of Management, Business and Retail Operations.
Tracey’s career within the Retail and Optical Industries as a business owner, manager and trainer with large companies have offered her insight and experience into the diverse skills necessary for business success across a range of industries.
Tracey motivates her students throughout their learning journey and provides support while they implement new strategies and planning methodologies. This is to ensure they achieve success and business growth.
